1. Customized Products (No Return / No Refund)


All customized and personalized products made by Kanha Craft Enterprises, including:


Customized bottles


Personalized notebooks


Name-printed items


Logo branding products


Corporate gifting orders


Any item printed or designed as per customer request


are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.


Since customized items are created uniquely for each customer, they cannot be resold or reused, therefore returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not allowed once the order is confirmed.


2. Non-Customized Products (Return Within 4 Days)


Non-customizable or standard items such as:


Regular bottles


Trending products


General accessories


Non-branded items


can be returned within 4 days of delivery.


To qualify for a return:


The item must be unused


Must be in original condition


Must include original packaging


Should not be damaged, scratched, or altered


3. Shipping & Deduction Policy


For approved returns of non-customized products:


➡ Both-way shipping charges (delivery + return pickup)

will be deducted from the total refund amount.


Only the remaining amount will be refunded after the product is received and inspected.


4. Refund Method & Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the returned product is received and verified by Kanha Craft Enterprises.


5. Cases Where Return/Refund Will Not Be Accepted


Kanha Craft Enterprises will not accept returns or refunds if:


The product is customized/personalized


The product is used or damaged


Packaging is missing or not in original condition


Return request is raised after 4 days of delivery


Wrong or incomplete delivery address by customer


Customer refuses/does not accept COD delivery


Damage due to mishandling after delivery


6. Order Cancellation Policy


Customized orders cannot be cancelled once placed.


Non-customized orders can be cancelled within 12 hours, if not shipped.
