Custom printed items (bottles, notebooks, corporate gifts, logo branding products) require 2–4 business days for production.


Bulk or large corporate orders may require 5–10 business days, depending on quantity.


Non-Customized / Ready Products


These are dispatched within 1–2 business days.


2. Delivery Time


Delivery time depends on your location and courier partner.


Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days


Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (additional charges apply)


Remote Locations: Delivery may take slightly longer


We always try to deliver your product as early as possible.


3. Shipping Charges


Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Product weight/size


Delivery speed (standard/express)


Courier partner charges


For prepaid orders, shipping charges may be discounted on select products.

Courier delays


Festivals/holidays


Incorrect address


Unreachable contact number


We always support the customer and coordinate with the courier partner during such situations.


6. Wrong / Incomplete Address


If a delivery fails due to:

Phone switched off


then the reshipping cost will be charged again, and the previous shipping charge is non-refundable.


7. Packaging & Safety

9. Return Shipping Charges


For eligible returns (non-customized products only):
