Customized Products
Custom printed items (bottles, notebooks, corporate gifts, logo branding products) require 2–4 business days for production.
Bulk or large corporate orders may require 5–10 business days, depending on quantity.
Non-Customized / Ready Products
These are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location and courier partner.
Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (additional charges apply)
Remote Locations: Delivery may take slightly longer
We always try to deliver your product as early as possible.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
Customer location
Product weight/size
Delivery speed (standard/express)
Courier partner charges
For prepaid orders, shipping charges may be discounted on select products.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
Tracking link
Courier partner name
Shipment ID
You can check the status anytime using the tracking link provided.
5. Delayed Delivery
Kanha Craft Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by:
Weather conditions
Courier delays
Festivals/holidays
Incorrect address
Unreachable contact number
We always support the customer and coordinate with the courier partner during such situations.
6. Wrong / Incomplete Address
If a delivery fails due to:
Wrong address
Incomplete address
Customer not available
Phone switched off
then the reshipping cost will be charged again, and the previous shipping charge is non-refundable.
7. Packaging & Safety
We pack every order with:
High-quality protective material
Damage-proof packing
Extra safety for glass or fragile products
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and video proof.
8. International Shipping
International shipping is currently not available.

9. Return Shipping Charges
For eligible returns (non-customized products only):
➡ Both-way shipping charges (delivery + return pickup)
will be deducted from the refund.
(Customized products cannot be returned.)
