2. Client-Provided Artwork & Intellectual Property Liability

Kanha Craft Enterprises provides customized manufacturing services based on specifications, photos, vectors, logos, and artwork provided by customers:

  • Customer Warranty: By submitting any photo, company logo, trademark, slogan, or custom design for UV printing, CO2 laser cutting, DFT transfers, or sublimation, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal right, title, license, or explicit permission to reproduce and commercialize said assets.

  • Non-Infringement & Indemnification: Kanha Craft Enterprises does not audit, verify, or register copyright ownership for customer-uploaded files. The customer assumes 100% legal and financial liability for any copyright, trademark, or patent infringement claims resulting from items produced using customer-supplied graphics. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kanha Craft Enterprises and its parent entity, registered owner, employees, and suppliers against any damages, legal fees, or lawsuit claims arising from such media assets.

3. Website Content & Brand Ownership

All original content, site code, catalog descriptions, visual mockups, UI elements, trademarks, and logos displayed on kanhacraft.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Kanha Craft Enterprises / THE KIKVALLEY STORE.

4. Custom Manufacturing & Artwork Approval Finality

  • Once a digital artwork proof or physical pre-production sample is reviewed and explicitly approved by the customer, production commences.

  • Kanha Craft Enterprises shall not be held liable for design errors, spelling/grammatical mistakes, layout discrepancies, or low-resolution artwork issues present within the approved proof.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Kanha Craft Enterprises, its proprietor, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse, shipping delays by third-party logistics partners, or business losses incurred by custom corporate product orders. Our cumulative financial liability in any circumstance is strictly capped at the total amount paid by the buyer for the specific disputed order.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
