  • You understand that your non-financial content (excluding artwork/logo assets) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. All payment transactions are encrypted using secure gateway technology.

2. Custom Orders & Artwork Approvals

  • Artwork Accuracy: For products requiring custom photo, logo, or text printing, it is the customer's responsibility to provide high-resolution images/files.

  • Final Proof Verification: Once a digital artwork proof is approved by the client, Kanha Craft Enterprises is not responsible for any spelling errors, design flaws, or layout mistakes that were present in the approved proof.

  • Color Variations: Slight color variations between digital screen proofs (RGB) and actual physical prints (CMYK/UV) are standard in custom printing due to screen display settings and material surfaces. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Prices for our products and bulk services are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Orders will only be processed for production once full payment (or agreed advance for corporate bulk orders) is successfully verified.

  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4. Shipping, Returns & Refund Restrictions

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom photo prints, logo-engraved items, personalized names, and made-to-order corporate gifts are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of transit damage, wrong item delivery, or clear manufacturing defect.

  • 4-Day Reporting Window: Any issue regarding transit damage or incorrect orders must be reported within 4 days (96 hours) of delivery along with a mandatory unboxing video.

  • Deductions: For approved eligible refunds, forward shipping and return delivery charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Customer Responsibility: You warrant that any photo, trademark, logo, or design uploaded or provided to us does not infringe upon third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify Kanha Craft Enterprises against any legal claims arising from trademark infringement of files provided by you.

  • Store Content: All original graphics, brand assets, code, and content on kanhacraft.com are the intellectual property of Kanha Craft Enterprises.

6. Prohibited Uses You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

  • To submit false, misleading, or offensive media assets for printing.

  • To upload or transmit viruses or malicious code that affects site functionality.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
